• Developed an improved process for organizing and assigning health risk assessment tasks using modern project management practices. This new way of working helped my technicians close 150 assessment task which improved annual productivity by 310%.• Led a team of 12 technicians through various health risk responses, including a 90-day air quality survey at the Air Force Material Command HQ building. Communicated health risk found during this survey and removed roadblocks that might have delayed the $10 billion project to repurpose the office.• Coordinated the response to a high-risk situation where a suspicious package was discovered on base. Ensured a safe, calm, and composed response by organizing the appropriate teams, establishing safety procedures, and overseeing the investigation and containment of the package’s contents.

• Planned & outlined the requirements of a $1.6 million storage building for construction to serve as a national propeller storage facility.• Overhauled the base’s synthetic minor air permit to increase base-wide emergency power generation capacity. Ensured Clean Air Act compliance. Air permit was accepted by Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality without any revisions.• Led the groundwork for a base-wide military exercise by planning team locations and revamping the common operating procedure for exercise communication. Served as camp commander during the 3-week exercise where I was responsible for the movement and safety of 8 squadrons, approximately 250 people.• Managed the environmental requirements on multiple projects including the restoration of a high-value runway and a $1.2 million, multi-agency soil stabilization project. Both projects allowed the base to be restored to full mission capacity while staying free of fines and penalties.
