- Developed and led a master's thesis involving fabrication and analysis of novel, next-generation GaAs solar cell architectures including quantum dots.- Worked with MicroLink Devices and their epitaxial lift-off process to demonstrate a novel thin solar cell structure with sub-bandgap photon absorption enhancement from quantum dots.
