My projects and responsibilities include:Assisting eLearning Manager and LMS Administrator with eLearning helpline that helps field training coordinators to troubleshoot issues with employee training/eLearning courses as well as with promotion issues; this requires routine navigation of the current LMS (powered by Cornerstone). Creating a demonstration in Adobe Captivate for managers in the field to generate standard and custom reports.
