Project Management for the complex optimization related to the data normalization, printing, packaging, and mailing of investment funds for large national insurance companies.It is the duty of the Account Lead to maintain integrity of the data processing, printing, packaging, and mailing process from cradle to grave of each large, international mailing, while following HIPAA compliance and SEC regulations. This involves coordination and continuous communication among internal departments, external vendors, and clients, in order to create the best value (time, resources, quality, and cost) for each client. Primary daily tools are Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Excel spreadsheets using complex lookup functions and pivot tables.

• Utilize Business Objects XI, SQL Developer, SAS, MS Access, MS Excel, various websites and other software and reference tools to analyze Medicare data from New York and New Jersey in order to find potential fraud indicators to refer for further investigation. “Soft” tools such as Access and Excel I use on a daily basis in new and inventive ways, creating pivot tables and using formulas to build complex spreadsheets that tease out new information from large amounts of Medicare data.• Complete Requests for Information for investigators, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Office of the Inspector General, the Department of Justice, and Law Enforcement using a similar tool set.• Ongoing involvement in the monthly and quarterly updates of various Statistical Models with the goal of developing more efficient and up-to-the-minute ways of detecting Medicare fraud.• Frequent collaborative meetings where active analysis and ideas are shared with coworkers with the goal of always improving current processes and developing new processes to detect fraud.

Work independently to manage project financials for Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Time & Materials, Firm Fixed Price, and Fixed Price Level Of Effort contracts:• Track, analyze, organize, prepare, update, and approve financial data for internal use, as well as proofing and approving invoices for Accounts Receivable (our invoices going out to our clients) and Accounts Payable (invoices coming from our subcontractors). Financial data was related to multiple contract types of a range of sizes, from ID/IQ Cost Plus contracts with dozens of task orders ranging from a few thousand dollars to over $100,000, to T&M and Fixed Price contracts for over $1m.• Create, prepare, update, and maintain various financial reports for Project Managers using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Hyperion (a data querying software package similar to Business Objects), and Data Warehouse (which could be accessed by Hyperion or Excel)• The position of Project Control Analyst is at the hub of many other functions, including Project Management, Procurement, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Contracts; as such, I daily gathered information from all these sources and parsed it into valuable data to support Project Management; communication and inquiries among these various roles were often channeled through me.

Organize, supervise, and lead daily crafts for 100 to 150 children between ages 8 and 18; oversee and instruct three craft assistants; maintain an orderly and clean craft facility; inventory and order craft supplies.
