Located on an awe-inspiring 3000-acre property in the Pocono Mountains, it will be a Kingdom advancing ministry campus intentionally designed and constructed to challenge, inspire and equip those attending and serving in any of our programs to grow personally and as a community. Rather than focusing on disability or disadvantage, programming will emphasize each individual’s unique, God-given abilities, as well as the inherent value they each possess as His children.When fully realized, it will represent a tangible expression of each of the strategic ministry focuses of TTF by bringing Faith, Hope and Love through active ministry to the most vulnerable and marginalized, equipping future leaders, strengthening families, providing opportunities to rest and heal, and much more.Long-term plans for the community include residential summer camp, weekend retreats, local community events, adaptive adventure elements, animal-assisted programming, and long-term training and education programs designed to spark true cultural change in how every individual is viewed and valued. The community will also serve as a place of respite and strengthening for families taking care of a loved one with special needs; parents and siblings will experience a time of physical, spiritual, and emotional renewal, leaving them feeling refreshed and supported in the days to come.

Providing leadership for all domestic operations functions for an international ministry committed to bringing the Gospel to the unreached through the distribution of "The Treasure", a solar powered audio Bible in the recipient's native language.

Led the Operations, Training, Communication, Customer Service and Business Analytics functions for the country’s largest Christian retailer. Directed several cross functional teams chartered to improve in-store experience, guest service, partner development, forecasting, reporting and business analytics, and inter-departmental efficiency; identifying opportunities and developing and implementing solutions to improve performance. Partnered with the Senior VP of Stores and Regional VPs, to lead and develop the District Manager team; represented the field organization to senior leadership; including the CFO, CMO, CIO, and GMM, balancing the needs of the field organization against broader strategic initiatives. Spearheaded the development of an integrated planning process to improve alignment and effectiveness of the Field Operations, Merchandise, and Marketing teams.

Led team of 20 managers to deliver exceptional performance in sales, profit, and internal metric objectives. Created and executed effective partner development programs resulting in improved performance and reduced turnover. Consistently recognized for company leading sales and profit performance. Established training protocols for selling behaviors and product knowledge which greatly enhanced sales productivity. Developed processes and procedures for new store openings and relocations, reducing field operations opening expenses, and time to open.
