Expertise in the initial design, development and launch of several statistics tools, such as the SPC (statistics Process Control) Software, Reliability Analysis, Combinatorial Analysis, Population Distribution, Calibration systems of measurement processes, Correlation and Regression analysis, among others. Twenty nine years after their initial launch, the main software/applications developed and launched by me are still being commercialized. Besides statistics tools, I was also part of studies on process management techniques and quality control improvements, such as Six Sigma, ISO9000 and Experiments Design.Through all these 10 years of statistical experience, I have been directly involved in consulting and implementation services of those management techniques and statistics tools in the industrial field, applying such methodologies in more than 200 companies all over Brazil, improving processes in different fields, such as food, automotive, beverage, military, ceramic, cement, cosmetics, electronics, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, paper, chemical, steelwork, refinery, refrigeration, tobacco, textile, paint and glass industries.Responsible for all planning works related to the development, distribution, training, technical support, maintenance contracts and market promotion/advertising on the new tools from this period, guaranteeing the implementation of such solutions in a wide range (more than one thousand) of companies throughout Brazil.
