• Provide IT support to end users with a strong emphasis on customer service, • Follow up with technical staff and end users to ensure that IT issues are resolved.• Preparation of PC’s & equipment’s for new users. • Assist in installing CCTV cameras, public address system and security systems.• Assist in preparing the specification documents for IT equipment for tendering purposes.
