I’m working as a Technical Customer Support Representative in HighLevel. It’s a product based company which provides CRM and marketing software to the users. I act as a technical support representative for customers if they face any issues with their CRM. We integrate different third party services with our product for effective communication. We use collected data to create dashboards for the customers to track their progress. We help them maintain their data and dashboards by checking for any errors in the data. Apart from that we also support our own website builder in the CRM tool and help them create a domain and subdomain for their websites. We help users integrate their facebook/insta account with the CRM to automate their communication using our AI communication tool. Using google track code for tracking the data from google analytic.
