 Preparing shop drawing for infrastructure road utilities & Residential & Commercial Buildings as per the schedule of scope and making complete detailing & road, water pipe line, Waste Water line & Storm line profiles drawings. Preparing as-built drawings as per the changes occurred after contract drawing. Coordinate shop drawing of interior, electrical, mechanical, fire fighting, structural etc. Also incorporate necessary detail in the architectural drawings. Check the quantity of materials according to shop drawing and prepare comparative statement with reference to contract document. Prepare joinery detailed drawings as per the site condition and provide the necessary data for execution of work. Cross check the shop drawings of metal doors, structural glazing etc & provide actual details to fabricate. Preparing the coordinate dimension drawing to construct walls, columns, landscaping planter walls, compound walls etc. on the site development roads, walkway, Drive way, and plan. Project drawings (soft & hard copy) controlling to produce when ever is required. Preparation of RCC, Steel, Architectural, Infrastructures, & Other drawings. Try to give error free drawing from my end. Coordinate with Engineers and Project Superintendent for any clarification. Good communication with other depts., in case if any data required for preparation of drawings. Assures that drawings should go to site in time. Site visit if required. Drafting & Site supervision. Quantity Surveying. Bar Bending Schedule.
