Handling payroll and various C&B fuctions

Responsibilities are GOSI, Payroll, HRDF- Create the guide lines and policy for GOSI process.- Manage the Saudization level.- Create Recruitment, Payroll, Saudization, reports.- Manage day to day activities as well as the Saudization project.

-Budgeting and HR Reporting.-Handel daily and monthly payroll transactions.-handle the implementation of the new HR system.-Create HR database.-Handle and implement the employees saving plan.Handle and create the ex-staff off boarding process.-Handle employees internal accounts.-Handle GOSI payments, reconciliation and database.-Handle management executive resolutions.-Handle changes in organizational structure.-Assist HR manager in creating employees saving plan policy.-Assist HR manager in reviewing contractors contracts.-Handle HRDF payments and reconciliation.
