Working with the Speaker of the House, Jill Krowinski and Speaker Chief of Staff to assist in overseeing and supporting the House of Representative’s activities as it works through its annual legislative process. Part of a small team responsible for assisting the Speaker of the House in performing their day-to-day responsibilities.

The Emerge Vermont Signature Program is a premier training program that equips Democratic women with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to run for public office and lead in their communities. Through this intensive program, I gained practical experience in campaign management, public speaking, fundraising, and media strategy, while learning directly from political leaders and industry experts. The program’s mission to empower women to engage in the political process.

The Becca Balint Organizing Corp is an inaugural program dedicated to training and empowering a new generation of grassroots political organizers and leaders in Vermont. As a member of the Organizing Corp, I engaged in hands-on experience with campaign strategies, community outreach, and voter engagement techniques, all while working alongside fellow emerging leaders and experienced mentors. The program’s focus on building a strong, inclusive political landscape allowed me to deepen my skills in organizing, strategic communications, and coalition-building, all with the aim of furthering progressive values in Vermont and beyond.
