I don't believe in titles, but I have many in my current role at DDPA. As a Senior Data & and IT Project Manager at Delta Dental Plans Association, I apply Agile Methodology within Software Engineering and Business teams and lead complex technology implementation projects across 39 member companies. I am on the Technology and Cybersecurity advisory committees that protect the data of providers, members and subscribers. I have grown to love managing several different time zones over the last five years managing diverse and cross-functional teams from Ireland, London, and India and delivering high-quality solutions for an improved subscriber, member, and provider experience.I have successfully completed Cloud migration to AWS, completed the transition of data from legacy to a more secure state, over 100+ Identity SSO implementations, created APIs for member companies, created mobile apps, and created compliance surveys/examinations. I collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor metrics in Datadog for analytics for S3 AWS and utilize Tableau to deliver data and insights. Additionally, I partner with clients for business and digital transformation to upgrade their legacy technology to future state and manage vendor and third-party integration on nationwide initiatives for identity and membership modernization. I enjoy facilitating troubleshooting calls for the data & IT teams so much that I got a certification in Python. I am a certified Scrum Master improving business process and deliverable for the technology, compliance and digital product teams. I am the Program Manager for large enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with leadership teams from many states.
