I managed the HR workflow of 16 storage facilities across San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties. My role involved providing support to the owner and key operation leaders in addressing complex organizational and people-related issues such as culture and change management. I served as the primary point of contact for new associates during property acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition and communicating changes in job titles, job responsibilities, compensation, and reconfiguration of operations.I also led the development, documentation, and implementation of operational policies and procedures to systematize storage facility operations and create a road map for all facilities to follow. This initiative aimed to improve the onboarding experience and success of the training program.
