Manage full-cycle recruitment process for Engineering positions - Automotive Software, Verification and Validation, MIL/HIL, PLC Programming, Controls Engineers, CAE Engineers, Battery Engineers for various clients and industries, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Engineering, such as job postings, social media campaigns etc.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics• Conduct pre-employment background checks, reference checks, and other screening processes as required• Provide regular updates to clients and hiring managers on the status of recruitment processes and candidate pipelines
