Current• Develop and implement policies and procedures that increase efficiency and streamline operations in the executive office.• Coordinate complex travel arrangements for the executive office.• Build strong relationships with various departments within the organization, acting as a liaison to facilitate communication and collaboration.• Manage multiple special projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive office, demonstrating strong project management skills and attention to detail.• Facilitate the timely approval and processing of invoices and contracts, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.• Communicate regularly with NCRC board members to provide updates on upcoming meetings, distribute meeting materials, and address any questions or concerns they may have.• Develop and implement new processes to streamline the recording, distribution, and scheduling of NCRC board meetings, resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness of board operations.• Collaborate with the communications team to identify relevant press opportunities for the President and CEO, and work to coordinate interviews and other media engagements.
