This improved customer’s automation performanceDeveloped and integrated the forgot/reset password feature using Auth0 workflow, resulting in improved security, streamlined user authentication, and enhanced user experienceEnhanced observability of authentication services by building Grafana dashboards and alerts, significantly reducing debugging time during production incidents and providing valuable insights to developersEnhanced the audit logging service endpoints by implementing a bulk data processing feature, reducing the number of API requests and effectively scaling the system to handle large volumes of data. Modernized the platform by leading the effort of containerising the services onto Kubernetes cluster, improving its stability, reducing deployment turnaround time and improving resource utilization.
