At Hyatt I was responsible for aspects of SEC reporting, monthly consolidation activities, high level financial statement analytics and process improvements.

At EY, I provide clients of all industries with various financial accounting and reporting solutions, primarily related to accounting regulation conversions and one-off business transactions.I have accounting transaction related experience with carve-outs, spin offs, and M&A. Specifically, I have experience with Form 10 SEC filings, standalone audit financial statements, and purchase price accounting and modeling. Previous transaction accounting clients have included a pharmaceutical manufacturing company in St. Louis, MO as well as a retail pharmacy company in the larger Chicago metropolitan area.I also have experience assisting clients with complying, understanding, and implementing new accounting standards, including ASC 606- Revenue and ASC 842 - Leases. Past projects have included a wide breadth of accounting services, including accounting elections consulting, policy creation, and accounting system implementation. Past accounting change clients include large manufacturing conglomerates in the greater Chicago and Milwaukee area as well as technology companies in Sunnyvale, California.Outside of regular client work, I am an active participant and photographer for EY Unity (EY's LGBTQA+ corporate community) and a volunteer with EY Connect (EY's community outreach program)

At KPMG, my main role was to plan, execute, and manage various assurance services for technology companies in the greater Chicago area. My primary industry was Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT).Prior audit experiences include public and private financial statement audits, SOX control testing, agreed upon procedures and carve out financial statement audits. Past clients have included Accenture plc, Motorola Inc, Morningstar inc, and other various technology clients in the greater Chicago and Detroit metropolitan area.
