I chaired the Architecture Board, aligning our architecture principles with strategic objectives. My key project was VIPS Pensions as a Service, a pioneering comprehensive, Azure-based SaaS for pension administration under the Wet Toekomst Pensioenen (WTP), featuring microservice and event-driven architecture.Beyond VIPS Pensions, I actively supported the development of other essential product lines, including VIPS Disbursements, Benefits solutions for APPA and (S)PAWW, the Futurama and eBenefits platforms, and our retail investment products. I also spearheaded the AI Adoption Program, empowering over 300 employees to work and develop software with Generative AI training.My role extended across Product Development, leading 9 teams over 3 countries and more than 100 developers. I facilitated collaboration with enterprise, technical, and domain architects in the financial and pension sectors, and contributed to the Visma Product Development Architecture Board to ensure a cohesive architectural approach across Visma companies.I authored and delivered BPMN 2.0 trainings to refine our software design and delivery methods, and improve the effectiveness of our BPO organizations. I also supported business operations in navigating compliance and audit processes, including ISO and ISAE certifications, and other IT, privacy and security assessments.I advocated for the adoption of modern software practices to improve key operational metrics. Additionally, I was nominated and selected for the Visma Management Academy program to further develop leadership skills.
