After working with databases and logistics for 10 years, I opened Morris Development and began working with a variety of clients. My focus has always been on the internal business structure, developing integrated, cloud-based internal CRM and ERP systems Businesses as small as preschools to as large as GAP and Wells Fargo. I've often found people purchasing an off-the-shelf product, and trying to fit their business into a business model designed by the software. My experience has often shown that the reason a business is successful is often due to a unique method of handling their business processes. It is these business processes that are the key to Morris Development. We bring the unique capabilities of a business to the cloud, integrating with the boxed solutions, allowing our clients to maintain control of their data while leveraging solutions like SalesForce, Insightly, Intuit, MailChimp, Office365 and a plethora of other tools.A full-stack developer myself for 15 years, I've found a great deal of enjoyment in leading groups of specialized contractors in the development of solid code designed around the businesses of my clients. Interviewing data entry people, sales people, middle management, and designing a system around their unique business model is simply a joy. Bringing it all together on-time and under-budget is even better. Perhaps the most rewarding part of my business is visiting clients from a decade ago, seeing how they've grown (in once case from 4 hotels to 70!) and seeing that the system we wrote for them was still in place, still dependable and still easily maintained.
