I come from a 7-year background of experience in the IT field, fluent with both Mac and Windows systems and both software and hardware support. I received on-the-job training as well as work experience in both help desk and on-site environments. My latest experience focused on providing application support for various data security and endpoint backup solutions, as well as implementing installations for those programs and managing backend infrastructure from an individual user to an enterprise level.I am currently working as a Support Engineer for #cyberfortress.In my free time, I enjoy a verity of hobbies such as: recording music for my personal projects and with friends, live music, spending time with my family and my Australian Kelpie (Hailey), photography, cycling, PC gaming, and casual, unproductive visits to the gym.
