Challenges ranged from software to hardware related issues, to the rollout of our new infrastructure. A dedicated leased line, exchange server and VOIP system were just a few changes. All of our solutions are web based and I was responsible for commercial negotiations and the configuration of our two production environments. Another aspect to my role was the management of the development and IT budget, this involved attending monthly accounts meetings.• Product and Development Management: I helped manage the development process for the majority of our innovative web based solutions, from the initial idea, working with the development team in implementation, to finalising the software release.
