Provide 1-on-1 leadership coaching and corporate leadership development programming.

Ms. Michael created and led a rising leader-oriented coaching program to prepare consulting employees for leadership roles. She oversaw additional coaches supporting this program and has supported over 100 rising leaders through her work. She focused an equal amount of her time on improving the employee experience, from recruiting to retirement, ideating programs and developing strategies to improve growth and retention of the company's talented workforce. A seasoned communications, behavior change, and change management leader, Ms. Michael has led efforts to change behaviors across DoD for multiple clients, has designed comprehensive communications campaigns, and has overseen the development of organizational change initiatives. She has experience in multiple client markets, most recently health, energy, and inclusion and diversity.
