Planning, organizing, and Implementation of data network/security services for SAGOV agencies based on Cisco, Aruba and HP routers and switches , Firewalls• Provision & onboard new branch router, switches, firewalls and WAP’s • Maintaining, upgrading, and implementing Cisco WLC, Aruba Mobility Master, and Mobility Controller for wireless Services • Implementing data connectivity between data center & branch devices using Cisco Nexus 7K & 9K switches, Cisco ISR4K, ISR1K • Maintaining & Configuration of site-to-site VPN (GRE over IPSEC) • Ensuring network redundancy by configuring cellular services & WAN connectivity for single L3 device • Wireless network design using Ekahau AI tool and onboarding WAP’s in Aruba & Cisco environment • Network Audit to ensure compliance with industry best practices and initiate device patch/version upgrade • Service audit for Wireless access points using Ekahau Sidekick and generating heat-map for understanding overall Wi-Fi coverage • Managing multiple technical projects simultaneously and deliver results on time • Developing and maintaining network documentation, including diagrams, policies, procedures, and standards • Collaborating with other IT teams (Internal & External) to integrate network infrastructure with other systems and applications • Implement Firewall related changes.• Designing and generating quote for new service request • Providing technical guidance and mentoring new starters in team

•Perform on-going monitoring of data and voice network, performance monitoring of IP/MPLS network through NMS tools like NNMi, iSPi, HPNA , Cisco Prime & ISE in a multivendor NOC environment. • Responsible for operations and maintenance of customer network comprises of Cisco, HP and Juniper equipment. • Identify faults, investigate, diagnose, raise trouble tickets and provides resolution of complex problems. •Perform remote diagnostics on customer equipment to identify, isolate and clear system faults. Provide fault diagnosis and technical expertise to resolve customer faults in accordance with NEC processes and SLA’s.
