Job Responsibilities during normal operation•Responsible to ensure the reliability and integrity of all the containment equipment (PressureVessels, Oxy reactors, LTC reactors, Cracking furnaces, Tanks, Exchangers, Boilers, Drums, Piping, PSVs etc.) by implementing and monitoring a structured Inspection System, based on the Process Safety Risk Management guidelines and API/ASME Standards•Development of corrosion monitoring inspection plans of process equipments,Pipings HHP, SCDs, rupture discs, thermowells, etc as per respective codes and standards•Based on Inspection observations/NDT applications, analysis of data, issuance of recommendations of repairs as per respective API/ASME codes and standards•Failure analysis of material failure and issuance of recommendation to relevant department to avoid re occurrence of incident•Witnessing of Hydrostatic/Pneumatic testing of equipment, piping, heat exchangers, valves as per API/ASME standards and inspection procedures.•Planning and execution of Turnaround jobs (JSAs, JMS, procedures etc)•Coordination with third parties inspection companies for different NDT jobs including supervision of jobs in the field (LRUT, RT, Thermography etcJob Responsibilities during erection and commissioning•Internal/external Inspection of relocated/new pressure vessels, piping, heat exchangers, reactors, towers, drums, incinerators, furnaces, Pressure safety valves, rupture discs, etc for EDC/VCM, Power Plant, as per their respective codes and standards. •Provision of repair procedure, preparation of WPS and inspection of welding repairs•Preparations of inspection procedures•Preparation of pre commissioning, commissioning and start up quality assurance plan (commissioning) for the EPC project (PVC expansion project), Chloralkali, and EDC/VCM plant. •Preparation of Punch listing.

Positive material identification, UT thickness measurement, Hardness testing, Holiday detection and coat wrapping inspection of underground lines and internally rubber lined vessels, Pipe risers surveys, Internal and external inspection of Pressure vessels, Tanks, Pressure vessels, Reactors, Heat exchangers, Towers, Filters, Boilers etc, Radiographic Inspection, PSV calibration witness and PSV hot setting, Check valves inspection, Thermowell inspection, Hydrostatic/Pneumatic testing (vessels, heat exchangers, lines etc.), Fiberscopic inspection, Temperature monitoring and hot spot detection, Gas leak detection of underground lines, Cathodic protection monitoring surveys etc
