I'm a software engineer currently working at Expertflow, a competitive company in providing customer care services. I continuously seek out new learning opportunities to enhance my skills, adapt to advancements, and create innovative solutions that make an impact.My core competencies include Javascript, Angular and nodejs. I have applied these skills to design and optimize scalable frontend systems for various clients and projects.Over the years at Expertflow, I have learned and implemented many things. First of all, I started integrating different channels such as Facebook, Viber, Twitter and Whatsapp. Apart from that, integrated the Email channel on Front end side using the MEAN Stack and this time I made the things dynamic so as to make the system behave smooth and without much resource / memory utilizaiton when a new channel is added to the system. Furthermore, I have also implemented websockets for the component communication through events and implemented an architecture using message broker such as AMQ using the subscriber / consumer model. It has helped a lot in making system communication with the customer and agent smooth. Moreover, I developed Business Calendars component into our Product Admin portal. The purpose of this was to let the admin create events and calendars similar to Google Calendar and save these events via Restful apis in the NoSQL database such as Mongodb. The second part on which I am engaged is associated with integrating business calendar with Customer widget so as to show the timings of the contact center to the customers.Using the AGILE approach for software development, I have honned my skills for making the most use of Jira for tracking the tasks and confluence for documenting the features I developed. Apart from that, I also have hands on experience of deployement practices in kubernetes and I am also proficient in Git and Linux.
