I am an adaptable individual with a keen interest in IT. My passion for technology started when I wanted to know how the backend of different services worked. Having grown up in a period where every Business, school and workplace needed a computer to operate, I started to question why. Being part of an Apprenticeship in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) cloud environment, I gained skills in troubleshooting, providing great customer service, MS-900 certificate and numerous more.From here I started to understand how IT is managed and where this can lead, which started to answer my question of "why".I am dedicated to continuous professional development. I aim to gather more Microsft certified Certificates and work my way towards the forefront of cutting-edge technology. I am aware I have only just got my foot in the door, but the development of myself will be the most interesting part.
