Working as mediator between client and BGV vendor and my main task is to initiate/taking care of BGV cases as per the client requirement and try to close it with in SLA.Given support to On-boarding team during induction of new joiners and JBR, Physical files creation and maintain of new joiners, LN ID creation, follow-up with team for access card and ID card creation, Vendor management etc. Resolve the new and old insufficiency cases (Employment/Education/ID check/Address check), so that BGV vendor can initiate/close the check in a specify time limit.Maintain the BGV tracker of active cases (WIP and Insufficiency cases) so that track the current status of every checks.Share the long and short check within and Out of TAT cases data to the concern person on daily basis.Check the repeated cases with the master tracker and online portal and take further action according to the cases.Taking care of BGV high priority cases. Immediate stop the BGV cases of “Offer dropper/No show/Offer decline/Stop check” Share the insufficiency pending data with Onboarding Location SPOC on weekly basis and follow-ups with them.Received documents/details from the location SPOC/Onboarding team member and further validate the shared documents/details and share with the vendor within a specify time. Urgently initiate the BGV check when Onboarding team member’s absence/On leave.Share the document taken from the physical files and send the scan copy with the BGV vendor.Reviewing and auditing on final BGV reports. Ensuring that the appropriate background check(s) are conducted on the final candidate for all positions.Doing audits with vendor for checking the security levels and the work which is they giving to organizationChecking the reports and maintain the tracks for all cases.Auditing and reviewing on final BGV report and giving approval of Monthly billing.Reviewing, auditing monthly benefit invoices.
