- Provide bilingual technical support and troubleshooting procedures utilizing MS Teams or WebEx. Update and work assigned cases in a timely manner to achieve target response time in FreshDesk. Research and troubleshoot customer problems and inquiries. Contribute to translation of Blue Prism’s knowledge base. Resolving customer’s RDA (Robotic Process Automation) design and create custom VBOs for customers. Troubleshooting customer’s IIS, encryption, TLS/SSL and Load Balancer, Working with customer’s cloud environment AWS and Azure. Test the problems presented by customers in our laboratory, analyzing their cause (bugs, unexpected behavior in the product...) and offering workaround. Analysis of bugs presented in our systems, identifying their causes, proposing corrective actions and workaround. Give support on: Windows 7, 10, 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019, MS SQL 2008, 2012 and 2014 and running some queries against Blue Prism database to find root cause analysis. Helping customers troubleshoot Hypervisor, Hyper-V 2012, 2016, and a bit in 2019, ESXI (VMware) 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 6.7 and 7. Administrate our internal laboratory: o VMware 6.7 U2 environment by: Updating, managing users, roles and groups, preventive maintenance, creating VM Templates and maintaining them updated to reduce updating time once deployed. I was responsible for creating a PowerShell script to run weekly to turn off unessential VMs to optimize our resources for other VMs.o Manage the infrastructure composed of one of each component (App Servers, Interactive Client and Digital Worker) of Blue Prism (5.0x, 6.2.2, 6.3.2, 6.4.3, 6.5.1, 6.6, 6.7.2, 6.8, 6.9, 6.10.1, 7.0) so we can perform test against. o Manage the Active Directors, Group Policy, Shared Drive, DNS, and Certification Authority on our Domain Controllers. o Manage our pfSense Firewall, DHCP for our virtual machines, OpenVPN that validates users on the main Domain Controller.
