Throughout my career, I have gravitated towards taking on challenging and unscripted assignments, focused on building and/or improving on how an organization conducts business. It’s been about using knowledge and experiences from programs, problems, and compliance to advance business goals.Progressing through various roles overseeing compliance and regulatory matters for BlueCross BlueShield North Carolina, I secured a position as Chief Compliance Officer to help guide the start-up of Experience Health, a multi-million-dollar enterprise and an independent licensee of the BCBSA.
