Representing EXFO in major business conferences, trade fairs & networking events such as : Mobile World Congress (MWC), GITEX, Zain Technology Conference and others.

I managed a regional role (EMEA) and my main responsibilities were:• Managing EXFO’s regional projects & leading the presales activities in EMEA region for mobile networks service assurance solutions.• Orchestrating & leading responses to tenders and RFPs.• Working with relevant teams to generate bill of quantities (BoQ), statement of compliance (SoC).• Managing risk follow-up plans and product road-map alignment with R&D team.• Producing technical documentation & performing demo sessions.• Aligning with pricing team to ensure a competitive proposal & pricing model.• Key participator in winning major tenders with leading mobile service providers (MSPs): Zain Group (Saudi, Kuwait, Bharain), Orange Telecom (Jordan), e& (Etisalat Egypt).
