Pre-leased (and continued to lease after it was open and operating) Ontario Mills, a super-regional value oriented shopping center in Ontario, CA with over 200 specialty retailers, 23 anchors and over 1.7 million square feet of GLA. Other developing centers I pre-leased were: Grapevine Mills, The Block at Orange, Concord Mills, Katy Mills, Opry Mills, and Arundel Mills. Operating centers I leased were: Arizona Mills, Potomac Mills, Franklin Mills, Sawgrass Mills and Gurnee Mills.

In charge of the expansion program for International Paging Corporation throughout California. Responsible for Hot Topic expansion in California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Assisted with Lechters, Inc. expansion throughout the Denver West Region.
