It's something my entire family can participate in... even my granddaughters that are 4 yrs and 6 yrs old. They love it. I am trying to learn Golf, fun and frustrating! Both are challenging, but I like a challenge! I do Yoga and have been a beginner for nearly 4 years. :-) Work is important, so is family and fun. A balanced life is a happier life.
