 Source profiles from job portals as per the requirement shared and TAT set by the team leader. Share the profiles to the client and follow-up for scheduling the candidates for interview. Follow-up with till the candidate till the candidate joins. Maintain daily tracker and share the same to the team leader on a daily basis.
