Measure and estimate for different types of flooring, as well as tile for walls, and custom order window treatments. I worked directly with customers from designing layouts off a variety of products to coordinating the purchase of materials, and scheduling of installation.

Responsible for store operations including shipment, opening, and closing procedures, labor cost management, P&L breakdowns, and maintaining goal achievements. I was in charge of developing talent, hiring and training new employees, and working with the team to follow GAP CODEs of conduct. As well as completing daily managerial tasks, I excelled in sales, acquired more positive customer satisfaction surveys than anyone in the store, and signed up over 100 customers to be part of their credit card program; which was double than any other manager at our location. Supporting the management team and the sales associate team to give them the knowledge and skills they needed to succeed was one of my attributions that I am most proud of as a manager.The sun shines on new prospects.
