• Produced over $120,000 in gross sales throughout Fort Worth using out-of-the-box-thinking in 4 months time beginning April 2020 with no customer contact list or kitchen/storefront location in Fort Worth. Quickly developed an online ordering system, located neighborhood contacts, produced food from existing locations, coordinated production and customer pickups.• Opened the new location in Plano in November 2018. Involved in all aspects of this from lease negotiations, construction, permitting, design, purchasing, grand opening and then daily management until March 2020 while assisting other locations.• Hired and trained all FOH & BOH staff for the new location.• Wrote an employee handbook.• Developed job descriptions for all positions including responsibilities, skills, expectations, requirements and qualifications.• Developed a hiring process from application, basic interview questions, onboaring checklist and training manuals.• Managed FW location on a day-to-day basis for nearly 6 years while assisting in all aspects at other locations as necessary.• Responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling, and daily oversight of 30-40 employees daily at a single location. Sections of this business plan are in the 4th Edition of Entrepreneurial Small Business, a textbook written by Jerome Katz and Richard Green and published by Mc-Graw Hill, published in March 2013. The same business plan was just approved to be partly republished in the 6th addition of thetextbook.• Co-created an upscale mobile cupcake business with a soft launch in August 2011.• Generated substantial sales and repeat customers in the first fiscal year of business, 2012. Sales doubled our business plan predictions, totaling nearly $250,000 for the first full fiscal year, 2012.• Appeared on Cupcake Wars on The Food Network.• Actively managed social media outlets on a daily basis. Within 2 years Red Jett Sweets was able to attract over 3,900 “likes” on Facebook.
