She is also a judge for the NYC Midnight international short story challenge and is a freelance content development editor. Natalie is co-host of the popular SFF podcast, Tipsy Nerds Book Club: The best of Science Fiction and Fantasy, with a Twist. NYC Midnight creates inspiring challenges for writers across the globe. As a judge, I read short story submissions based on the genre and prompts required for the challenge. My job is to not only determine if the writer adhered to the rules of the challenge but also grade the submission and provide helpful feedback.
