Invigorated and modernized all Duke Alumni promotional emails and printed materials. Overhauled the entire brand, and played a key role in the design and development of a new Alumni Association website, gaining first hand knowledge of Drupal and CMS. Work closely with IT and marketing directors to create a dynamic online presence throughout the website, emails, and across all social media outlets. Oversee all digital projects directly related to the Duke Alumni Association brand, while also implementing UX practices across multiple platforms.Key Highlights:1- Increased website hits dramatically with the development of an online marketing contest, generating 400 submissions in less than 2 months of the site launch.2- Designed the new Alumni materials (including all print collateral) to have cross-generational appeal, and enable more effective and visually appealing information delivery. 3- Learned new tools, such as Drupal and various content management systems, and gained deep proficiency in a very short timeframe.4- Led a team of designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create the new Duke Alumni Network website project; utilized user experience knowledge and usability testing to continue to enhance the look and feel, features, and functionality of the site.

Lead the development of all creatives for Nostalgic America, Inc. in South Florida (primary focus of the company is Nostalgic America Magazine). As the art director, I consistently educated team members on new design concepts, print production and fresh and different approaches to product presentation. Magazine is currently distributed across South Florida attracting tremendous success in the publication industry. Key Highlights 1- Strengthened client base and supported organic business growth via the creation and launch of a complete monthly magazine targeted at the Boynton Beach market. Nominated for an ADDY (American Advertising Award). 2- Modernized all relevant documentation and brought company in line with current industry standards by transitioning all files to InDesign. 3- Generated efficient and user-friendly guidelines and spec sheets for client use during the RFW process, significantly streamlining the communication flow, and ensuring client needs were met in the most timely and efficient manner.
