A weath of dual experience over 20 years' as an Art Director with major groups such as LMVH, Philippe Stark and CPP, and 10 years' experience as the founder of my charity Mon-a whose mission is to support children in hospital through the creation of artistic workshops. I created the company Enlight to develop the human side of business.‘Sens’ and the development of behavioural skills are the cornerstone of our management training courses, which enable you to improve your team's performance. We organise specific seminars using innovative and proprietary tools drawn from our experience working with children within ou charity Mon-a. We work with managers and executives and are called up to provide group coaching in three languages: German, English and French.
