I am passionate about working with a team filled with great individual minds in order to accomplish goals set out for the group while providing great customer service. I am at my best when I am able to cooperate and communicate effectively in order to assist my team in overcoming challenges. Working in retail for over six years has taught me to never underestimate what the day holds for you. I have honed my ability to adapt to the work environment in order to accomplish goals set out for the day while putting my customers at the forefront. Working in various departments of retail has greatly broaden my skillset and increased my versatility in what is required to complete a task. My team can range from a small group consisting of ten employees to over 30 cashiers at the front of the store. So being able to manage customers while effectively performing my duties as a leader and member of my team is something I consider a great asset. My specialties include proficiency in team management, customer service, retail and product sales, Microsoft Office, leveraging personality differences in a group, conflict resolution, restaurant supervision, merchandise bookkeeping, inventory management and department leadership roles.I am extremely ambitious and seeking long-term career opportunities to expand my occupational skills and help me grow as an individual.
