I am the sole attorney in the Law Office of Nathan C. Cooley, P.L.C. in the East Valley. I attended law school at Arizona State University from 2003 until 2006 and I focused my studies on real estate and civil procedure/litigation. I graduated from law school in 2006 and was admitted to practice in Arizona immediately thereafter. During law school and after being admitted to practice in Arizona, I worked as a law clerk and a prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. As a prosecutor, I worked specifically in the Juvenile Crimes Bureau where I gained valuable criminal law and courtroom experience. After a Coyear with the Maricopa unty Attorney's Office, I returned to school and enrolled in the Master of Real Estate Development program at Arizona State University. As part of this program, I focused my studies both on the entitlement process and the financial aspects of real estate development. My law practice focuses generally on real estate and personal injury litigation and dispute resolution. Additionally, as a result of my experience as a prosecutor, I will also handle certain criminal and juvenile delinquency matters.
