• Set up, configure, and support of internal and/or external networks• Maintain all systems, applications, security, and network configurations• Maintain all computer servers including, but not limited to Data Server, Terminal Server, and SBS• Maintain and setup all computers, printers, and all other IT based equipment• Troubleshoot network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan• Maintain all phone or other technology based equipment including, but not limited to RF scanners, copiers, Smart Phones• Recommend upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment• Provides technical support and guidance to users • Maintain all company websites• Maintain and support multiple locates including but not limited to numerous VPN connections • Support offsite users through phone or remote support • Support of EDI issues• Understand and support of Microsoft SQL Databases• Support Exact Macola Progression
