Director Of Revenue
Current- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a revenue accounting team of 8+ high-performing individuals, decreasing close timeline from 10 to 5 days, building efficient processes and systems within Quote to Cash.
- Process Improvement: Implement various system improvements and build strong cross-functional relationships to streamline order management, billings and collections, and revenue accounting processes.
- ASC-606 Revenue Guidance: Provide ASC-606 revenue guidance to upper management, sales teams, deal desk, order management and GTM to ensure contracts and new business models are in compliance with US GAAP.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with GTM, Sales, IT, Deal Desk, Order Management, and other key stakeholders to perform system configurations, integrations, and migrations to automate and systematize revenue.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop monthly reporting packages for executive management and the board, encompassing KPIs across all lines of revenue.
- Audit Leadership: Lead external audits from a revenue perspective to ensure compliance with US GAAP.
