Production Scheduler
Current•Responsible for quality. Ensuring compatibility of components for every orderthat goes through to our bike builders, ensuring they can build the bikes!• Working to our service levels, to schedule bikes within a day of the ordercoming through.• Responsible for assigning and unassigning stock as it comes in to ensure asmooth flow of bikes to our UK Bike Build team.• Responsible for delivering our 5-day dispatch promise and getting ourcustomers riding.• Responsible for creating and maintaining training documents for the CS andstore teams to refer to, such as around spec changes or new builds.• Responsible for reporting on the status of the bike schedule to seniorleadership team and working with the bike build and buying teams to resolveany issues with stock or bike flow.• Responsible for ordering custom parts for builds and working closely with thebuying team to ensure stock flow matches scheduled bike flow.• Responsible for assessing all orders that come into our stock system (Khaoscontrol) and ensuring that each build matches the expected spec, along withany customisation.• Responsible for liaising with the Sales Support team and with customersdirectly to arrange payment or make changes to bike orders.
