Coaching and developing my associates to ensure my store gives our customers the experiance that Wireless Vision and T-Mobile value. Instilling a never ending source of knowledge to my associates as I'm coaching through observation guides and performance reviews, plus floor coaching to maximize sales opportunities. Taking care of any customer's concern as I make an impression on the sales floor. Running operations to minimize loss to the company, through monthly physical inventory counts, daily change fund counts, returning inventory to the company, controlling labor cost, commission cost, and ensuring both front and back of the store run flawlessly.Starting Wireless Vision as a Lead Sales Representative, I was very determined to move up. Knowing this industry is full of changes, I keep up on competitors prices for both devices and plans. I was able to lead a my sales team to consistently deliver high traffic conversion and solid KPIs like accessories per box and mobile Internet sales. Applying for an open manager position proved I was ready for the next step. Now with four years of manager experiance, running a successful wireless store that sees 2,000 to 3,000 customers a month, I can be a asset to any company.

My main goal was to provided the best T-Mobile experiance to our walk-in customers. Giving them the full package, as we were the one stop shop. Understanding how to and how much money I am making per sale was an important part to our success. Following up with new and current customers to deliver the best experience possible and ensuring current plans and devices fit their needs. Operations included shipping and recieving stock daily, counting inventory once a month and preparing daily deposits.
