Throughout my 20 years in hospitality, I have been responsible for hundreds of titillating menus and thousands of great tasting beverages. My work has been published in Maxim, Forbes, Esquire, and Huffington Post and I have been featured on talk shows such as "Fox & Friends" and "Daytime."After spending two years operating wineries in Texas for award-winning Messina Hof, I moved to Atlanta and built the beverage program for Tupelo Honey's first location in Sandy Springs, then positioned myself within hotels starting at the W Hotel Atlanta - Midtown (now The Starling) and then as an F&B Director with The Whitley, a Luxury Collection Hotel, in beautiful Buckhead.In 2021, I moved out of operations altogether and begun working as a hospitality recruiter with Goodwin Recruiting, recently ascending to Senior Recruiter status.
