Helped lead an increase in 4th quarter net revenue from $124.3 million to $173.9 million in 2020. Used Figma to ideate, prototype, and test designs for the Purple.com website. Used and improved the Purple Design System in designs.

Redesigned the Sling TV 3.0 experience & aided in the transition to the Sling TV 4.0 “Launch Into Live” experience on 10ft, 3ft, & mobile for more than 2.5 million subscribers on 19 different platforms. Used Sketch, XD, Proto.Io, InVision, & Omnigraffle to design wireframes, mockups, & hi-fidelity prototypes. Led in-depth user tests on the Sling TV 4.0 experience. Conducted two design sprints enabling cross-functional team to dramatically improve UX for the Sling app.

Led the redesign of multiple digital services provided to the 19,000 + students & faculty at BYU-Idaho. Digital services worked on included the Grad Plan tool & the myBYUI portal. Used Adobe XD to create wireframes, mockups, & prototypes for user testing. Organized & led hundreds of in-depth interviews, A/B tests, card sort tests, & heuristic analysis to ensure quality user experiences for the thousands of students & faculty using these tools daily.
