To oversee the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization;To provide leadership and guidance for an organization.Responsible for planning, organization, and direction of the organization’s operations and programs.To develop and implement consistent inventory and cost accounting policies, procedures, and operational reporting/metrics.To oversee and report on the organization’s results to the board of directors.Prepares accurate and timely analyses that capture and communicate fundraising results, variances, and performance trends.To provide leadership to and manage the efforts of site staff to ensure appropriate support of all departments.To supervise the development of operations-based financial modeling.To Coordinate and leads annual budget reviews, monthly and quarterly reviews, and periodic forecast updates with operational and senior management for all locations.To retain a diverse, highly qualified staff and volunteers by providing career coaching, growth, and personal development for members and volunteers.To ensure that services and funding relationships are robust enough to meet or exceed strategic goals and objectives. To Actively engage and energize Tabitha Community in Action volunteers, board members, event committees, partnering organizations, and funders
