I am a development professional with over twelve years of experience in this sector and having a blend of experience of working with grass root level NGO and international agency. I have hands on experience in progressively responsible professional work in the field of Community Participation, NGO management RH issues, improvement of condition of marginalized people and with department if public health and engineering which can help for better execution of the project. I can provide my best to the organization as I have already worked in the area of NGO management, System Strengthening, Capacity Building and Monitoring & evaluation. It also includes my experience to work with corporate partners, which can help to facilitate PPP (Public Private Partnership) in the project area. The current program also gives me an opportunity to contribute to advocacy of different issues with Government and other counterparts, which could also be capitalized in the project. Organization would also be benefited by my experiences in developing communication materials, supporting participatory research & advocacy, organizing trainings and workshops, developing training modules to strengthen the program components among the various stakeholders. Further, my experiences of working with CARE-BMGF supported programs/projects give me an edge in meeting with the profile of the position. My strengths lie in working independently as well as with performance-oriented team. Required computer skills lie in me and I can also capitalize my skill of documentation to put the organizational learning in black and white. I have experienced the use of data in documentation. Apart from this, I can also help the organization in making documentary films of processes and learning’s as an asset for organization. I find myself suitable to conduct studies for understanding behavior of communities, to influence the behavior. In the current job profile I am responsible to manage all contractual requirement of NGO partner for program. Ensuring program impact by using presence of local NGO and its rapport within the community is another skill, which any organization requires. I am also involved in advocacy on the different issues with Government, which could be helpful in the program. My experience to work with health, education, ICDS, gives me enough confidence to work for impact at community level.
