I've been enamored with technology since the first time my fingers touched a keyboard. I enjoy channeling that passion into helping others use and understand the tools they need to function at work. Currently, I provision net dial tone/voip phones, help customers set these phones up in their offices, train them on the ins and outs of using the phone and the way the phones integrate with Rent Manager, as well as troubleshooting/fixing issues as they arise. I have spent over 8 years in IT related support for Active Directory, Outlook Exchange, and Microsoft Windows. Before transitioning into NDT related work I was a web product support expert for Rent Manager, a property management/accounting software created by London Computer Systems.I enjoy building relationships with customers and getting a chance to make someone's day a bit easier. Going forward I would like to continue helping people by guiding them through implementing new software, providing advanced support, and sharing my knowledge with others on my team.
