Customer Success Specialist
CurrentThe Customer Success Specialist provides dedicated and high-quality Rent Manager software support to Rent Manager’s Customer Success customers. The incumbent develops strategic relationships with assigned customers in order to understand their business and tailor support to their unique needs. The Customer Success Specialist assumes ownership of all assigned customer success customers and follows through until these support cases have been closed. If a question cannot be immediately answered, the Customer Success Specialist uses available material resources and/or consults with product experts to advance the resolution of the issue in a timely manner.
