The Customer Success Specialist provides dedicated and high-quality Rent Manager software support to Rent Manager’s Customer Success customers. The incumbent develops strategic relationships with assigned customers in order to understand their business and tailor support to their unique needs. The Customer Success Specialist assumes ownership of all assigned customer success customers and follows through until these support cases have been closed. If a question cannot be immediately answered, the Customer Success Specialist uses available material resources and/or consults with product experts to advance the resolution of the issue in a timely manner.

This task is accomplished through phone calls, and in certain cases, logging in remotely to the workstations of end users to troubleshoot issues. Efficiency, punctuality and communication skills are essential. Product Support Specialists are quick learners with strong problem-solving skills.Additional duties that I have done for more than six months have included being a floor manager multiple times a week and a floor assistant every Friday of the week. The tasks of a floor manager/assistant are of that of a team lead, which are, answer complicated questions about the Rent Manager software and take escalated calls if necessary. Also make sure that there are no important tickets needing immediate attention waiting in the queue, i.e. can't log in, forgot password, etc. Also need to ensure that the schedule is up to date and that all scheduled and live calls are taken by end of day close.
