Servant leader of the 600-soldier 1st Battalion, 63rd Armor Regiment "Dragons"; a combined-arms battalion in the 2nd Brigade, 1st Infantry Division. Responsible for the culture and operational success of our organization, visualizing long-term strategy, executive decision making, developing and safeguarding the holistic wellness of our soldiers and their families. This tour included a 9-month operational rotation to the Republic of Korea in support of United States Forces Korea and a 3-month Defense Support to Civil Authorities deployment supporting FEMA, NORTHCOM, Dallas, and Miami-Dade Counties at COVID-19 Community Vaccination Centers in Texas and Florida.

As the deputy chief operations officer, I was responsible for the syncronization and oversight of current operations, planning for future operations and training, and the long term readiness, training, and lethality of the 22,000 soldiers of the 1st Infantry Division, the most rapidly deployable armored formation of the United States Army. Served as the director of operations in the absence of the G3 and served as the chief of operations for the forward deployed division command post in Hohenfels, Germany.

Executive officer to the Chief Operations Officer of United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command, and United States Forces Korea. Responsible for the daily operations of the joint and multi-national executive staff, management of operations timelines for 14 divisions, internal and external communication, travel, administration, and implementation of executive guidance.

Responsible for administration, operations, logistics, and all other aspects of 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division. Provided guidance for a 120-person executive staff and managed an operations and logistics framework for 1400 vehicles, 4700 people, $2B of real assets, and a $110M annual operating (non personnel or facility cost) budget.

Responsible for current operations, training, readiness, and future plans for 1ABCT, 1CD, one of the nine Armored Brigade Combat Teams in the United States Army. Planned, resourced, and supervised the execution of training for over 4,000 soldiers in the Brigade during our employment in the Republic of Korea. Specialty operations focus included subterranean operations and counter weapons of mass destruction missions.

Served as the operations officer and subsequently the executive officer of the 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, a combined arms battalion with nearly 800 soldiers. Responsible for evaluating, creating, and integrating personnel, intelligence, operations, logistics, and communications systems to increase the effectiveness of the battalion. This tour included an operational rotation to the Republic of Korea.

Deputy Chief of Current Operations, and Chief of Night Operations for a forward-deployed division headquarters in Kandahar, Afghanistan. Directly responsible for 40 operations center staff and indirectly responsible for nearly 23,000 international military soldiers and civilian workers in Regional Command - South. Included additional training/certification in the fundamentals of cyber operations.

Included additional programs in space operations, capability development, and space mission planning.

Assistant course director for the General Chemistry program at the United States Military Academy. Taught six sections and influenced the development of over 1000 cadets during my time at USMA. Also served as an Officer Representative for the USMA Parachute Team.

Responsible for all executive decisions, culture, and operational success for a 120-man reconnaissance troop in the 173rd Airborne Brigade. Operated independently in NE Afghanistan (Kunar and Nangarhar provinces) for nearly a year with responsibility for over 1,000 sq. km. of the mountainous border with Pakistan.

Responsible for writing operational plans and managing real-time operations for the 173rd special troops battalion (airborne). Included nine months of operations in northeast Afghanistan.
